The site had to be engaging enough for school leavers exploring options, detailed enough for career changers making serious decisions, and comprehensive enough to cover every legitimate route into the profession.
It also needed interactive tools and real-world content to bring the career to life — career videos, employer directories, and guidance that went beyond generic advice.
