eplatforms squid

Everything we know about your website, in one place. Included for our clients.

Four things, in one place

Site control

Whether your site is up, how quickly it is responding, when its certificates and domains expire, and which version of everything is running. If something needs attention, it shows here before it becomes a problem.

Invoices

Every invoice and statement, with what each one covered and whether it has been paid. No need to ask us to dig out a copy from three years ago.

Search engine analytics

What people searched for before they found you, which pages they landed on, and how that is moving over time. Drawn from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, in plainer language than either of them uses.

Improvement panel

A running list of things worth doing to the site, each with why it matters and what it would take. You decide what gets done and when; nothing happens because a tool suggested it.

So the answer is already written down

Most questions clients ask us are reasonable and recurring. What did we pay last year? Why did the site slow down in March? What is actually being done about search? Is anything about to expire?

Squid exists so those answers are recorded as the work happens, rather than reconstructed afterwards from memory. It is the same system we use ourselves to run the estate, which is the only honest way to keep it accurate.

There is nothing to install and nothing to pay for: it is part of how we work. If you are a client and do not yet have an account, ask and we will set one up.
