Still responsible, years after launch
We founded eplatforms in 2000. Some of the clients we work with today have been with us through several generations of their websites and business systems. As their businesses have changed, we’ve helped them decide what to keep, what to connect and what needs rebuilding.
That ongoing responsibility shapes how we work. When you maintain software for years, you live with the decisions made at the start. How easily can it be updated? Will it work with the other systems a business depends on? Can someone understand the code when they return to it five years later?
We ask those questions before we build. Our work continues through hosting, maintenance and the changes that become necessary as clients take on new customers, enter new markets or outgrow an old way of working. Over time, that means knowing both the software and the reasons the business relies on it.
