Accessibility Statement

How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us if something isn’t working.

Last reviewed: 13 September 2026

1. Our Commitment

We want everyone who visits eplatforms.com to be able to find information, read about our services and success stories, and get in touch with us, in English or Arabic. That includes people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, voice control or screen magnification, and people who change colours, text size or spacing.

2. The Standard We Work To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the internationally recognised standard for accessible websites.

3. What You Can Expect

You should be able to:

  • Use every page with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip straight to the main content
  • Find your way around using clear headings, page landmarks and breadcrumbs
  • Hear each page in the right language: English pages are marked as English, and Arabic pages are marked as Arabic and laid out right to left
  • Zoom to 200% and use the site on small screens without losing content
  • Find text alternatives for images that carry meaning
  • Turn off animation using your device’s reduced-motion setting

4. If You Have a Problem

If something on this site doesn’t work for you, or you need information in a different format such as large print or plain text, email info@eplatforms.com or use our contact page. Tell us the page address and what went wrong, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

5. How We Test

In September 2026 we checked every page of the site, in English and Arabic, with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) at desktop and mobile screen sizes, together with manual keyboard checks. We fix problems as we find them and review this statement at least once a year.

6. Changes to This Statement

We may update this statement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new review date.
