Reporting a security issue
How to tell us about a security problem you’ve found on our websites or the systems we run.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
We take the security of our websites and the systems we run for clients seriously. If you think you’ve found a security vulnerability, please tell us so we can look into it.
1. How to Report
Email support@eplatforms.com with “Security” in the subject line.
Our security contact details are also published in a standard security.txt file.
2. What to Include
To help us look into it, please tell us:
- The website or service affected
- What you found, and how to reproduce it
- Any screenshots that help explain it
Please don’t include other people’s personal data in your report.
3. What We Ask of You
While you look into a possible issue, please:
- Don’t access, change or delete data that isn’t yours
- Don’t disrupt our services or anyone else’s, for example with denial-of-service attacks or heavy automated scanning
- Don’t use social engineering or phishing
- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly
4. What We’ll Do
We’ll acknowledge your report, look into it, keep you updated on our progress and let you know when the issue is resolved. If you’d like, we’re happy to credit you once it’s fixed.
5. Rewards
We don’t currently offer payment for reports.
6. What This Covers
This page covers eplatforms.com and the websites and services that eplatforms hosts or manages. If the issue affects a website we manage for a client, we’ll work with that client to resolve it.
