The courier gateway is a neutral platform that brings together a selection of couriers to assist with the return of courier shipments. Your agreement is with your nominated courier, with all terms and conditions of carriage relevant to your selected provider.
We built a system that provides courier options based on criteria such as destination, weight, and the dimensions of each shipment — making complex shipping decisions simple.
Tackling complex logistics
Any changes in weights are billed according to the courier’s check weights. Most cut-off weights per parcel are dependent on size, but as a guide, all single items up to 30kg are considered courier shipments. Anything above this is considered freight, affecting the available service options.
The platform integrates with world-leading shipment systems so that customers globally receive their orders on time and in the way that suits them best.
