A central equipment hire system
We provided Creative Technology with a central administration point for users to hire video and IT presentation packages and for their staff to administer online orders, events, and locations.
The system gives CT’s global teams a single platform to manage equipment availability, process orders, and coordinate logistics across their worldwide operations.
Smart ordering with location-based filtering
The ordering system automatically filters events according to the user’s choice of location and then generates a unique order number, which can be printed with complete order details. An email is sent with the order details to the relevant CT office, allowing staff to process the order.
Once in the system, staff can view orders in various ways, process them, administer location and event details, and make any necessary additions or removals to the product range and categories.
