Beyond parent-facing features, we developed a comprehensive HR recruitment application system enabling prospective staff to apply online — capturing employment history, DBS certification, safeguarding training, first aid qualifications, and professional references.

The platform includes accessibility features such as a dyslexia-friendly reading mode, and a save-for-later function so applicants can complete lengthy forms across multiple sessions.

A private film for prospective schools

Schools thinking about a partnership with Fruity Club can be sent to a private page with the club’s promotional film: a typical day of quiet study, reading, indoor and outdoor play and a freshly prepared dinner, filmed at its club at St Faith’s school in Wandsworth.

The booking email and a direct phone number sit beside the film, so a school that likes what it sees can get in touch straight away.
