Easy online booking
LDBG needed to allow customers to book on to their training courses and events more efficiently and securely. The organisation offered around 50 courses at any time, so eplatforms created a simple, fully-featured booking system exactly as they wanted it.
Returning customers could make speedier reservations, delegates could provide dietary requirements when booking, and our streamlined checkout supported both credit card payments and pro-forma invoices — handy for those booking with a company account.
Content freedom
So that staff could better control online content, we implemented a customised Content Management System (CMS) using a user-friendly WYSIWYG editor with common word processor features. Even staff with no CMS experience found it simple to update and add fresh content such as news, course information, business support guides and recurring events.
The learning never stops. LDBG wanted their website to serve as a knowledge resource, so we created an archive for delegates’ course notes — allowing attendees to refresh their knowledge at their own convenience and giving customers increased value for money.
