Reaching the wholesale market
When Siesta expanded their Fair Trade import business to supply wholesalers, they enlisted the expertise of eplatforms to ensure they could provide the best level of service.
We built a fully responsive website enabling customers to place orders via desktop, tablet or mobile.
A private section for wholesale customers allows a choice to buy on account or to pay at the time of ordering and a ‘quick shop’ facility lets wholesale customers replenish stock at the touch of a button.

Quadrant approached us because they wanted to give their customers the ability to search through hundreds of styles and colours of carpet and order samples online.
The solution
We created a product classification and search facility, so visitors can search all carpets by colour, pattern or material. We also built an e-commerce solution that allows visitors to order the samples they want. The system retains customers’ details so when they return they don’t have to re-enter them.
We also created a simple upload system that enables Quadrant staff to add new materials, products, and patterns as they become available.
