The brief
The Blind Shop is a successful manufacturer and seller of bespoke, modern blinds. They only sell online, so their website is crucial to their business.
The Blind Shop asked us to revitalise and modernise their existing site, and enhance e-commerce functionality.
The solution
We started by building a system that calculates the correct price for any blind. This allows visitors to specify their preferred combination of material, colour, valance and size – and get the right price for their blinds instantly. Customers can then order their chosen blinds online. The entire browsing, sizing and ordering process is managed through the website.
Google product search
We created a feed from The Blind Shop’s website – connecting them to customers searching through Google’s Product Search facility. This dynamic search facility provides qualified leads – as the results are only displayed to shoppers searching for blinds.
Google Analytics
The final stage of our work with The Blind Shop involved integrating Google Analytics and setting up Goals and e-commerce revenue tracking.
PayPal
The Blind Shop wanted to offer their customers more variety in payment options, so we added the option to pay via PayPal.
