Founded over ten years ago, Prime Properties Group are specialists in the Algarve real estate market. Prime Properties’ website had a limited search facility and the office-based application that managed their data was unreliable – forcing the team to use a paper-based system.
Prime Properties needed an online solution with a versatile search facility that could also assist agents and office staff in managing the end-to-end sales and lettings process.
The solution
We developed a highly functional real-estate website.

The result
Prime Properties now has a highly effective search function – allowing visitors to refine their search by a number of criteria.
Users can perform many functions directly through the website, including booking viewings, checking availability, and creating short lists of potential properties. Visitors can also create dynamic brochures of the properties that interest them. These documents include prices in the user’s chosen currency.
Sales, lettings and property management are now completely managed through the website. Sales literature and reports are easily produced covering everything from arrival and departures to outstanding rent.
