i-ZAC is a thriving Formula One merchandising company operating in South Korea.
With the exception of Ferrari team sponsors, Ferrari dealers and some importers, i-ZAC is now sole distributor for Ferrari products manufactured under licence throughout Korea.
As well as distributing to nine outlets within South Korea, i-ZAC also operates a successful online store and a distribution centre but in their desire to move forward they are forging dealer partnerships and actively seeking out new distribution outlets such as large department stores, many of which have already given positive feedback.
eplatforms were brought onboard to provide a localised marketing strategy by establishing partners and international licence holders. They wanted an appreciation of the European and US market from within a Korean context to give an undertanding of the products market potential.

The result
After a year of negotiations, eplatforms was successful in obtaining exclusive distribution rights for i-ZAC in South Korea.
eplatforms work led to exclusive distributon rights for all the other major F1 brands.
eplatforms continue to advise on and shape marketing strategy for i-ZAC and will work with them to continually improve marketing operations within South Korea.
