Your agreement is with your nominated courier. All terms and conditions of carriage are relevant to your selected courier.

Tackling Complex Logistics
Any changes in the weights will be billed according to the couriers check weights. Most cut off weights per parcel is dependent on size but as a guide, all single items up to 30kg’s is considered courier shipments. Anything over this is considered freight and will affect the options of the services available. which includes integration with world-leading shipment company MetaPack, means customers globally receive their order on time and in the way that suits them best.
