Criteria provide qualitative recruitment and consumer market research services.

Criteria wanted to extend their market research programmes by capturing and profiling research from the web.

They decided to launch “tell us what you think” – a website for capturing consumer data.

We were asked to develop a system for managing questions and answers which could be updated in-house from a useful web based administration area.

Data captured would then we formatted and imported automatically into Criteria's Gold Mine CRM system (customer relationship management). The data could then be manipulated and used as required.

  • Facility to change position of questions
  • Survey system with different options e.g. Multiple choice etc.
  • Integration into Goldmine CRM
  • Ability to identify users who did not complete the survey
  • Storage of data at each stage
