The brief
Criteria wanted to extend their market research programmes by capturing and profiling research from the web.
They decided to launch tell us what you think – a website for capturing consumer data.
We were asked by VGROUP, Criteria's branding agency to develop a system for managing questions and answers which could be updated in-house from a useful web based administration
area.
Data captured would then we formatted and imported automatically into Criteria's Gold Mine CRM system (customer relationship management). The data could then be manipulated and used as required.
