Creative Technology is one of the world’s leading suppliers of Audio Visual and technical staging services to a range of markets, from Corporate Events, right through to Specialist Events.
Since its inception over 20 years ago, Creative Technology (CT) has evolved to operate from locations in the UK, USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific providing the highest quality AV, staging, multimedia and video display services worldwide.
Creative Technology wanted a central administration point for users to hire video and IT presentation packages and for staff to administer online orders, events and locations.
The solution
An e-commerce system was developed to allow clients to place orders and for staff to manage the data across two locations.
An online order placement system breaks the ordering process into three stages.
Stage One – The user selects a location and is shown only the events relevant to that location.
Stage Two – The user selects an event and dates and provides order details.
Stage Three – The user is supplied with their unique order number and details of the order can be printed out.
The result
Creative Technology now has a flexible, complete administration system perfectly integrated into their website. This has enhanced their online presence.
