Ski Connection is the brainchild of an ex-chalet maid, turned web designer. Her experiences prompted her to set up a business allowing reputable ski companies to better promote the job opportunities they offer and in doing so, provide people wanting to work in ski resorts a good chance of finding the better quality jobs.
The site offers job-seekers the chance to read comprehensive descriptions of all the resorts before selecting a place to work.
To provide a multi-functional site where prospective employees could become subscribers to the system online, read reviews of resorts and then search for employment.
Subscribing to the site was made as simple as possible. Online application forms are emailed directly to the operator. We integrated the Worldpay online card payment system to complete the subscription process, blending the pages to suit the look and feel of the Ski Connection site.
A search facility was added, allowing searching by various headings and giving the applicant the best possibility of finding their perfect job. A menu planner was devised for prospective chefs to show their wares.
An attractive, no-nonsense site with a simple yet logical page hierarchy giving prospective employers a much greater reach in the search for good employees. Job-seekers too, can access all the information they need from a single source, fill out the application form once and submit it to any number of employers.
