Prime Properties initial web presence had a limited search facility for rentals and sales. The office based application they used to manage data could not calculate information accurately so rental management relied largely on a paper based system between their two offices.

The Prime Properties system now boasts extensive search criteria. All property management is now achieved online thus increasing communications both offices. Sales literature and reports can be generated, at the click of a mouse, on any aspect from arrivals and departures to outstanding rent.
The front-end user can make complex searches of properties according to their specifications and generate their own up to the minute brochures customised by currency chosen. The customer can also draw up short lists, check availability and book a viewing on-line.
