eplatforms were asked to install an entire ethernet network in Maxims’ new office with a secure wireless access point. Maxim wanted to explore the possibilities of an intranet to improve collaboration amongst staff.
eplatforms integrated a secure wireless network. A virtual private network (VPN) for remote users to access resources was also created.
We installed Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) to improve communications and information sharing. For optimum security, we configured a wireless router / firewall.
The system dramatically improved communications and continues to aid work flow. Information is automatically backed up and easily restored.
