For the last decade, Azuli Records have been producing dance music.
Having released hundreds of singles and a growing number of albums, the label's groundbreaking style has earned respect on both sides of the Atlantic attracting some of the top artists in the business.
Azuli needed a way of compiling, editing and releasing encoded music samples to the web, with a flexible system of streaming these samples to customers on demand.
Visitors to the site are able to sample the latest and archived tracks providing Azuli with a wider exposure online.
For the user:
eplatforms built a media streaming engine to allow both the encoded sample and the accompanying track information to be streamed simultaneously to the customer. eplatforms gave the system the flexibility to grow as demand increased.
For the staff:
To enable staff to properly catalogue the tracks and publish them to the web, eplatforms built a back-end database, allowing tracks to be sorted, edited and deleted, quickly and efficiently.
A simple control panel accessed through the users browser, which displays records over a series of pages, gives a cost effective but powerful interface avoiding the need for extra software.
Windows Media® was the chosen format to deliver the music samples to the maximum number of customers.
