Audio streaming system for world-renowned independent house music label.
User friendly
Having released hundreds of singles and a growing number of albums, the label's ground-breaking style has earned respect on both sides of the Atlantic attracting some of the top artists in the business.
Azuli needed a way of compiling, editing and releasing encoded music samples to the web, with a flexible system of streaming these samples to customers on demand.
eplatforms built a media streaming engine to allow both the encoded sample and the accompanying track information to be streamed to the customer in real-time, transparently using pre-installed software. Not content with that, eplatforms gave the system the flexibility to automatically change from audio streaming to using a streaming server should the demand rise past a certain point.
Staff friendly
To enable staff to properly catalogue the tracks and publish them to the web, eplatforms built a back-end database to be able to quickly and efficiently allow tracks to be sorted, edited, deleted and marked as forthcoming. An easy-to-use control panel, accessed through the user's web browser, gives a low-cost but powerful interface, avoiding the need for extra onboard software.
